About the role: 


We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety Manager. This is a full time, permanent opportunity, with the office located in Melbourne CBD. 
Duties include (but not limited to): 
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of EHS professionals.
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with EHS regulations, standards, and management systems.
  • Act as an EHS subject matter expert for projects and services.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, regulators, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Support project handovers, customer queries, and EHS program implementation.
Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety (or equivalent) with proven EHS experience in projects or services.
  • Certified EHS professional with expertise in safety programs, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
  • Strong ability to coach, motivate, and drive change while fostering an EHS-focused culture.
  • Excellent verbal and written English, with confidence in delivering training and presentations.
  • Hands-on experience in EHS management systems, risk assessment, and key safety areas (e.g., electrical safety, crane safety, fall prevention). 
Further Information: 
  • Strong pipeline of on-shore wind projects. 
  • Must hold (or be willing to obtain) GWO cert. 
  • Office based role in Melbourne CBD with weekly site visits. 
  • Full Australian working right required. 
  • Annual Salary plus super, plus bonus - depending on experience.
