Caitlin is the Operations Manager of ANZ at PR Projects where she oversees all operational elements of PR Projects across Finance, HR and Marketing.In her career she has worked across a number of industries, including Wind, Solar, Oil & Gas and Civils, to deliver high volume labour support. She started her recruitment journey shortly after graduating from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, and has recently completed a Masters Degree.

About the role
We are currently on the hunt for someone who loves working with people to join our Perth Major Projects team. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will provide pivotal support for our Consultants by sourcing and interviewing candidates for active and upcoming roles, along with being responsible for a variety of administrative tasks.

Your personable demeanour and drive to succeed will see you meet your candidate's aspirations, exceed our client's expectations, and develop into a Recruitment Consultant. 
  • Comprehend detailed job briefs, using them to accurately source relevant candidates.
  • Effectively source candidates using database searches, social media platforms, and candidate/client referrals.
  • Support in creating job advertisements, pre-screen and interviewing candidates, shortlisting, preparing client summaries, and completing reference checks.
  • Liaising extensively with both internal and external clients, candidates, and team members.
  • Preparing and managing candidate documentation (Contracts, Inductions, onboarding, etc)
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple candidates and tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to get on the phone to communicate with candidates
  • Strong administrative skills with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Drive to learn, develop and achieve!
  • Hand-on, busy office so teamwork is essential
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent time management & Prioritising skills
