About the role
We are currently on the hunt for someone who loves working with people to join our Perth Major Projects team. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will provide pivotal support for our Consultants by sourcing and interviewing candidates for active and upcoming roles, along with being responsible for a variety of administrative tasks.
Your personable demeanour and drive to succeed will see you meet your candidate's aspirations, exceed our client's expectations, and develop into a Recruitment Consultant.
- Comprehend detailed job briefs, using them to accurately source relevant candidates.
- Effectively source candidates using database searches, social media platforms, and candidate/client referrals.
- Support in creating job advertisements, pre-screen and interviewing candidates, shortlisting, preparing client summaries, and completing reference checks.
- Liaising extensively with both internal and external clients, candidates, and team members.
- Preparing and managing candidate documentation (Contracts, Inductions, onboarding, etc)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple candidates and tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to get on the phone to communicate with candidates
- Strong administrative skills with a proactive and positive attitude
