About the role: 

Due to company growth and a huge pipeline of work, they are seeking a Service & Warranty Coordinator (ESS Lifecycle Coordinator) to report into the ESS Lifecycle Manager. 
Duties include (but not limited to): 
  • Ensure accurate warranty data in SAP and maintain reporting standards. 
  • Foster customer satisfaction and collaborate with internal teams. 
  • Manage warranty costs, provisions and vendor claims efficiently. 
  • Suggest and implement improvements in warranty handling and service agreements. 
  • Assist with settlements, technical analysis, and adherence to regulations. 
Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in field service, warranty management or related roles. 
  • Understanding of ESS, electrical systems, control systems and maintenance. 
  • Ability to manage customer relationships and internal collaboration. 
  • Cost effectiveness mindset with experience in reporting and provision estimates. 
  • Familiarity with local labour laws, operational excellence and documentation.
