About the role:
Due to company growth and a huge pipeline of work, they are seeking a Service & Warranty Coordinator (ESS Lifecycle Coordinator) to report into the ESS Lifecycle Manager.
Duties include (but not limited to):
- Ensure accurate warranty data in SAP and maintain reporting standards.
- Foster customer satisfaction and collaborate with internal teams.
- Manage warranty costs, provisions and vendor claims efficiently.
- Suggest and implement improvements in warranty handling and service agreements.
- Assist with settlements, technical analysis, and adherence to regulations.
- Experience in field service, warranty management or related roles.
- Understanding of ESS, electrical systems, control systems and maintenance.
- Ability to manage customer relationships and internal collaboration.
- Cost effectiveness mindset with experience in reporting and provision estimates.
- Familiarity with local labour laws, operational excellence and documentation.
- Huge pipeline of upcoming projects.
- Sydney CBD location, with the option to work from home x2 days per week.
