This is a full-time, site-based role reporting to the Electrical Supervisor. You’ll be responsible for:
- Performing electrical and instrumentation work across solar and hydrogen assets
- Installing, inspecting, troubleshooting, and maintaining systems and equipment
- Responding to alarms and system issues to minimise downtime
- Supporting site upgrades and performance improvement initiatives
- Participating in night shift work and call-out roster as required
- Working closely with technicians, engineers, and safety teams to ensure safe and reliable operations
You’re a an experienced electrician with a strong technical background and a passion for renewables. You enjoy solving problems, thrive in the field, and are committed to safe, high-quality work.
What you’ll need:
- QLD Electrical Fitter/Mechanic licence
- Certificate III in Instrumentation and Control
- Current QLD Driver’s Licence
- Solid experience using maintenance systems (e.g. work orders, inventory)
- Ability to read electrical and instrumentation drawings
- A proactive, can-do attitude and team-focused mindset
