PRP can find, onboard and/or payroll a temporary or contingent workforce that would involve our experienced team working either on or off your site (commercial or remote), for as little as a few hours per day to a fully integrated 24×7 solution.
- Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) model (otherwise known as Master Vendor or Master Services Agreement) whereby PRP will handle all contingent labour needs, including working with recruitment agencies, to manage all talent acquisition, onboarding (background checks and compliance) and payroll needs. Suits ongoing projects and recommended for 6-12 months+, 4+ days per week
- Talent on Demand : Our team works on demand to ensure you have access to the talent when you need them. Suits peak periods coming up, or lower volumes though regular requirements, 1-3 days per week
- Payroll : If you source your own contingent workforce though want to outsource the employment risk and conditions then PRP will Contract and Payroll workers directly, under relevant Industry Awards and according to the NES. Suits 1 week to 12 month payroll needs.
