They are now seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Estimator to support upcoming tenders and drive high-quality, competitive submissions.

About the role
This role is responsible for leading and preparing accurate, competitive, and well-structured electrical estimates across a range of construction and resources projects. You’ll work closely with operational teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure scope clarity, high-quality bid submissions, and successful handover into delivery. The position suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced tendering environment and brings strong industry knowledge and commercial awareness.
  • Lead the preparation and review of estimates and tender submissions
  • Work closely with operations to scope and position bids for success
  • Manage the full quote process from RFT review through to submission
  • Build strong supplier and subcontractor relationships
  • Mentor junior estimators and support best-practice estimating processes
Skills / Qualifications
  • Extensive electrical estimating experience within mining, resources, or construction or renewables
  • Strong knowledge of electrical construction methodologies and market pricing
  • Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet tight deadlines
  • High attention to detail and strong commercial awareness
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or Trade-qualified Electrician essential
