The Site Administrator Trainee will support the project team with the day-to-day administrative tasks required to keep a wind farm construction or operations site running efficiently while completing a nationally recognised Business Administration qualification. This hands-on role will involve managing site documentation, registers, and filing systems, assisting with daily and weekly reporting, processing timesheets and attendance records, coordinating induction paperwork for new starters, supporting onboarding and compliance documentation, managing emails and phone enquiries, maintaining training and licence registers, ordering stationery and site supplies, assisting with subcontractor administration, entering data into internal systems and project databases, supporting toolbox meeting records and safety documentation, and providing general office administration support as required.
