Phillip Riley is proud to partner exclusively with MPower, a trusted Australian renewable energy company with more than 30 years of experience delivering innovative and reliable power solutions. MPower has established itself as a leader in distribution-scale renewable generation, battery storage, and hybrid energy systems, servicing government, utility, and corporate clients nationwide.
In 2025, MPower’s renewable energy and battery storage business was acquired by Wollemi Energy Group, a climate-focused investment firm committed to accelerating the global transition to net zero. This partnership provides MPower with the capital strength, strategic support, and long-term stability to scale its pipeline of distributed solar and BESS assets across Australia.
Backed by Wollemi’s investment power and industry expertise, MPower is poised for substantial growth and is positioned to play a major role in Australia’s clean energy future.
Phillip Riley is proud to support MPower in this campaign. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing, well-funded renewable energy business that builds, owns, and operates its projects—offering broader impact and long-term continuity compared to traditional EPC roles.
